We’re committed to providing you with an exceptional educational experience that is transparent, efficient, stimulating, and fair. If, as a prospective or current student, you feel that your experience with an online learning course or program from Purdue Fort Wayne has not lived up to those standards, you may register a complaint with the appropriate office.
If you are having problems with a course, we encourage you to contact your instructor first. But if this is not appropriate (or has proven ineffective), contact our office at [email protected]. If you feel your complaint has not been properly addressed within Purdue Fort Wayne, you are free to enter your complaint with our accrediting organizations at the state and national levels.
